Nope! We offer beginner classes, called Pilates Primer, specifically designed for first-timers. Pilates Primer will give you guidance on how to use the equipment and modify movements to your comfort level.

Comfortable, form-fitting activewear lets you move freely and helps your instructor see your alignment, but wear whatever you feel best in. Grippy socks are required for safety — bring your own or grab a pair at the studio!

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early, especially if it’s your first class. This gives you time to get oriented and set up at your reformer. For safety reasons, clients who arrive more than 5 minutes late will not be admitted to class.

There is plenty of free street parking along both sides of Penn Ave. We recommend arriving a few extra minutes early — especially on weekends — to give yourself time to find a spot and settle in.

Absolutely! We just recommend checking in with your doctor first. Be sure to let your instructor know so we can support you with pregnancy-safe modifications.
